Blue Color Sticky Mat

Sticky mat is also named tacky mat, adhesive mat, decontamination mat, clean mat, etc. It is a multi-layered plastic mat consisting of 30 disposable films made of low-density propylene. Each film is coated with water-soluble pressure-sensitive Acrylic adhesive. When stepping on or passing through a sticky mat, the adhesive on the mat surface traps dust and dirt from the bottom of shoe soles and trolley wheels. That effectively reduces germs and bacteria, preventing possible decontamination they may cause to a clean environment.

Structure

A sticky mat actually has 32 films. However, the number of consumable films is 30. Top and bottom films function as protective films.

Its multi-layer structure is composed of four parts:

Upper protective film – 1 film

Single-side coated adhesive films – 29 films

Double-side coated adhesive film – 1 film

Bottom protective film – 1 film

At the corner of each sticky mat, a number tab can be noted. The tab is aligned in a consecutive number sequence from 1 to 30, or vice versa. With it, users can clearly know how many sheets still remain.

The corner number tab also functions as the starting point that which can facilitate to peel off the films. By pulling the tab a bit up, it is quite easy to peel off the rest part of a disposable film.

When using a sticky mat, firstly peel off the bottom protective film. Be careful not to take off the double-side coated adhesive film with it!

Stick the mat to pre-cleaned floor surface, then fasten it to the floor firmly, with the help of a mop or using your hands.

Peel off the upper protective film. Now sticky mat is ready for use.

When one film is fully contaminated, peel it off gently, and expose a new film again.
